Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher, AI Safety, to lead a focused research program on governace of agentic AI in pharmaceutical R&D. The role reports to the Scientific Fellow, AI Safety, and is a fixed-term appointment for two years across sites in Beerse, Belgium, UK or Ireland.
The candidate will develop deterministic controls, conduct adversarial testing, and ensure safety by construction within regulated environments, with hybrid work arrangements
