Your role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take ownership of the HR function across Belgium and France and act as a true business partner to the leadership team.
You will combine strategic HR leadership with hands‑on operational support and play a key role in supporting the organization's growth and transformation.
Business Partnering
- Support and advise managers on people‑related matters.
- Contribute to business strategy and organizational development.
- Foster a strong and positive company culture.
Employee & Industrial Relations
- Build and maintain constructive relationships with employee representatives and unions.
- Support managers in handling individual and collective employee matters.
- Promote a positive and engaging work environment.
Talent Management
- Lead recruitment activities and succession planning initiatives.
- Develop training and development programs.
- Implement performance management processes and support career development.
Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee compensation and benefits practices.
- Ensure competitive and fair reward policies.
- Monitor key HR indicators and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Change Management
- Support organizational transformation and continuous improvement projects.
- Help teams navigate change within a fast‑paced and evolving environment.

Profile/Profiel
Your profile
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 8–10 years of broad HR experience.
- Solid background in employee relations and social dialogue with unions.
- Experience within an industrial, logistics or operational environment is a strong asset.
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Natural leadership with the ability to build trust and drive change.
- Fluency in English, French and Dutch is essential.
- English proficiency is an asset.
