Our client, a leading international brand in the automotive sector, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team. The project focuses on developing and enhancing IT systems by translating business needs into detailed functional specifications.
- Gather detailed requirements and functional specifications for the development and improvement of IT systems.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Project Managers to align functional and legal requirements.
- Develop functional specifications and produce project-related deliverables throughout the lifecycle.
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure required functionalities are accurately implemented and validated.
- Design user test cases and validate results during the user acceptance testing (UAT) phase.
- Maintain process documentation and create reusable assets for the organization.
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst within IT projects, focusing on system development or enhancement.
- Proven expertise in creating User Stories, Story Maps, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Hands-on experience defining non-functional requirements and conducting UAT validation.
- Technical knowledge of data integration techniques within Azure cloud or SaaS environments.
- Solid technical background in Java or .NET to facilitate discussions on solution design.
- Experience managing external vendors and implementation partners for functionality handovers.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate business processes and identify optimization areas.
- Proactive and process-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
