Detailed Description of Work / Deliverables

The Tech Transfer and IncubationLeadwill support the management of a portfolio of projects within the Higher Education Initiative (HEI), an EIT flagship programme. This includes the coordination of consortium activities, financial and technical reporting, and ensuring timely delivery of all milestones and deliverables in compliance with grant requirements. The role involves acting as a key point of contact for funding agencies and consortium partners, and liaising with internal departments to ensure operational, financial, and legal compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile required

  • Postgraduate degree, preferably in STEM or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in grant management of innovation projects.
  • At least 3 years of proven project management experience in the implementation of projects funded by EC programmes such as Horizon 2020/Europe, Digital Europe, ERASMUS+, COSME, or similar.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and team-oriented professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the administrative and financial aspects of EU-funded projects.
  • Network with European and national funding agencies, academia, and industry.
