Swan is seeking an experienced AMLRO to lead independent AML/CFT oversight in Belgium and engage with Belgian authorities. You will join a collaborative Compliance team to keep Swan’s banking services safe and compliant, coordinating with regulators and law enforcement as needed.
The role emphasizes risk analysis, policy development, and proactive regulatory engagement across business and legal aspects within an electronic money institution. Fluency in French, English, and Dutch is preferred.
