Wlgroup in Belgium seeks a skilled professional to shape and implement IT Service Transition across a portfolio of programmes. You will help define strategy, plans and policies, and guide project teams to deliver transition activities on time with high quality.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or six years of equivalent experience) and at least two years in Service Management within large organisations, with broad experience across industries.
