This position entails leading a team in the implementation and support of Pega applications, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of technical professionals in the implementation, customization, and maintenance of pega applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using pega technology.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to optimize pega applications.
- Work closely with cross functional teams to integrate pega applications with existing systems and technologies.
Skill Requirements
- Proficiency in pega application development, customization, and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of pega platform features including case management, decision strategies, and ui/ux development.
- Experience in leading technical teams in pega application implementations and support projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and resolve technical issues in pega applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
