We are looking for a Senior IT Strategy Analyst to support a growing IT Strategy Office on a one-year project in Brussels. The position follows a hybrid model, with 50% on-site work and 50% homeworking from Belgium. The start date is as soon as possible.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate solution architects, project managers, IT managers, and other stakeholders to consolidate deliverables, updates, and insights.
- Prepare governance meetings, including inputs, agendas, invitations, minutes, and action follow-up.
- Develop presentation materials for senior management and gather stakeholder input.
- Lead selected IT strategy backlog topics, including the IT4IT budget and the overview of AI-related initiatives.
- Track progress across multiple workstreams and initiatives.
- Coordinate and follow up with tribe architects, lead architects, and relevant stakeholders.
- Review IT Strategy Office deliverables for quality, structure, consistency, review, and publication.
- Challenge assumptions, storytelling, and conclusions to improve output quality.
- Prepare transversal Initiative Boards and project steering committees.
- Support research, analysis, critical thinking, communication, and change management.
- Improve IT strategy governance, backlog management, and the IT4IT project portfolio.
- Manage the IT Strategy Office backlog.
- Support the formalisation of the IT strategy for headquarters.
- Conduct retrospectives and lessons-learned analyses.
Must-Have Requirements
- You have five years of experience in IT project management, consulting, PMO support for programme managers, or IT strategy formulation.
- You have strong experience coordinating stakeholders, including solution architects, project managers, and IT managers.
- You understand banking decision-making structures, key roles, processes, and stakeholders.
- You can work with IT managers and senior IT architects to design expected deliverables.
- You can conduct retrospectives and lessons-learned analyses.
