Hummingbird Ventures, headquartered in Brussels with an international footprint, seeks a Regulatory & Compliance Manager to co-own the compliance framework end-to-end as a licensed Belgian AIFM. You will work hands-on with the Compliance Officer, manage regulatory reporting, AML/CFT activities, and oversee providers in a lean team while engaging with senior stakeholders.
You will track evolving rules (AIFMD, AML/CFT, DORA, SFDR), lead implementation, handle KYC/onboarding, and ensure ongoing
