You’ll work closely with Clinical Project Managers to ensure studies are delivered on time, with quality and compliance at the core. - Supportend-to-enddeliveryofclinicalstudies(start-uptoclose-out)
- Maintainaninspection‑readyTrialMasterFile(TMF)
- Coordinatestudydocumentation,timelines,andvendors
- Trackstudyprogress,metrics,andactionitems
- Supportaudits,inspections,andqualityactivities
- Helpmanagestudysystems(e.g.CTMS,Teams,SharePoint)
- 1–2years’experienceinclinicalresearch(CRA,studycoordinator,orsimilar)
- UnderstandingofICH-GCPandclinicaltrialprocesses
- Experiencewithclinicalsystems(CTMS,TMFtools)
- StrongMicrosoftOffice/Teamsskills
- ExcellentwrittenandspokenEnglish
- Highlyorganisedwithstrongattentiontodetail
- Proactive,hands-on,andeagertolearn
- Clearcommunicatorwithstrongstakeholderskills
- Comfortableworkinginglobal,cross‑functionalteams
