Service Architect
In Tubize you will join more than 250 colleagues recognized for expertise in RF Products, C4ISR, Crypto Global Solution, MACS (Aeronautical Intercom) and many others.
Responsibilities
- The Senior Service Architect will be part of the service discipline department responsible for delivering service solutions to Defence, Homeland Security and Critical Operators.
- Serve as a major stakeholder in the definition, architecture design and delivery of service solutions to customers.
- Define and recommend service architectures that satisfy stakeholder expectations according to standards, re‑use policies, the service roadmap and business strategy.
- Establish solution architecture by making trade‑offs among stakeholder expectations, various solutions, costs, risks and schedule; document associated artefacts (architecture justification, service breakdown structure) and approve resulting lower‑level specifications for internal or external partners and subcontractors.
- Assist in the solution development cycle, including definition of SLAs and KPIs.
- Advocate the proposed services portfolio to the customer.
Qualifications
- Graduated with a Master of Engineering, Computer Science or University degree and significant experience in services.
- Significant experience in ICT projects.
- Acquainted with service tools such as ITSM solutions.
- Acquainted with process digitalisation and digital services offers.
- Fluent in French and/or Dutch and in English.
