Our client, a prominent player in the pharmaceutical and petrochemical sector, is seeking a senior expert for a broad portfolio of utilities and infrastructure projects. The role focuses on managing complex electrical packages, overseeing technical designs, and ensuring the quality of large-scale industrial installations.
- Act as the technical authority for Electricity & Instrumentation projects within utility and infrastructure portfolios.
- Review and challenge engineering studies, electrical designs, and technical documentation from external engineering offices.
- Manage electrical tenders, supplier interactions, and the preparation of bills of materials.
- Perform field quality inspections and monitor technical milestones to ensure compliance with installation standards.
- Coordinate commissioning and qualification activities, including FAT/SAT and handover processes.
- Participate in the work permit approval process and ensure strict adherence to HSE and quality regulations.
- You have a Master's degree in a relevant engineering field.
- You bring 15+ years of experience in Electricity & Instrumentation within regulated industrial environments.
- You possess expert knowledge of LV, MV, and HV systems, including UPS, CCTV, and power distribution infrastructure.
- You have extensive experience interpreting electrical drawings and PFDs while challenging complex technical deliverables.
- You're an autonomous professional with a proactive approach to solving technical issues and overseeing field quality.
- You are fluent in French with a good technical command of English.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with EPC or EPCM project models and knowledge of cGMP or cGxP requirements.
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies such as HAZOP, QRA, or FMEA.
