We are hiring for an international client operating in the Railway Infrastructure & Transportation sector, supporting mission‑critical applications used for transport planning and operational management.

What You'll Do

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop, maintain, and optimize complex Java applications
• Work with legacy technologies including Java 6, JavaFX, and Swing
• Contribute to test automation and CI/CD initiatives
• Ensure code quality through Clean Code and SOLID principles
• Collaborate in a Scrum/LeSS environment
• Coach and mentor junior developers
• Participate in an on-call rotation after training
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Java development
• JavaFX
• Swing
• Fluent Dutch or French and strong English communication skills

Nice to Have

• CI/CD experience
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments
• Mentoring/coaching experience
