Thales in Belgium is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to lead complex bids in high tech defence and security markets. Tubize site joins 250+ colleagues specializing in RF, C4ISR, Crypto and MACS. You will build bid plans, coordinate stakeholders, and drive pricing and risk mitigation to win contracts.
The role requires strong leadership, customer focus, and fluency in French, Dutch and English. Public market experience and international exposure are a plus.
