MyGamePlan is a football analytics platform used by professional clubs across Europe, the Americas and the Middle East. Coaching, analysis and recruitment staff use it to prepare for opponents, review their own matches, develop players and find the next signing, with MGPT, our AI football analyst, at the core: it answers any football question on their own matches, backed by data and video, and writes the report.
We are looking for a sales lead who speaks the language of the staff room: ideally someone who has worked at a professional club in an analysis or director role.
As a Sales Lead at MyGamePlan, you will
- Own the pipeline in your market, from first conversation to signed deal
- Run demos and trials with coaching, analysis and recruitment staff, on their own matches
- Prospect, acquire and upsell, working with an outreach machine that already drafts and tracks personalised campaigns for every club
- Help set forecasts and revenue targets, and hit them
- Feed what clubs ask for back into the product
We would love to hear from you if you
- Have 5+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in football or sports tech
- Have a strong network in one of the following football markets: France, Italy, DACH or Eastern Europe
- Have working experience at a football club in an analyst or director role
- Have the ambition to grow and lead a sales team
- Have a passion for football, analytics and player development
- Have a UEFA coaching licence
- Have a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business, Sports Management or a related field
