For one of our clients, a specialist engineering consultancy in building techniques, we are looking for a driven Project Engineer Building Techniques who wants to develop in challenging projects within construction and installation engineering.

Your duties include

• Being responsible for the entire project process in the field of building techniques, from study to delivery.
• Translating client needs into practical and sustainable technical solutions.
• Integrating building techniques (HVAC, electricity & plumbing) in collaboration with architects and other building partners.
• Preparation of technical plans, schedules, specifications and measurement statements for installation projects.
• Monitoring and controlling the execution of technical installations on site.
• Advising clients throughout the process, up to and including project delivery.
• Maintain smooth communication with external and internal project partners.
• Continuing to monitor developments within building technologies and sustainable installations.

• Je hebt een bachelor of masterdiploma industrieel/burgerlijk ingenieur elektromechanica, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
• Je hebt bij voorkeur reeds enkele jaren ervaring op het vlak van gebouwtechnieken.
• Je bent vertrouwd met software zoals AutoCAD, Word en Excel.
• Je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk en werkt gestructureerd.
• Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in team werken en hebt een proactieve ingesteldheid.
