This role provides technology leadership for a critical scientific domain that enables discovery researchers to evaluate molecules, generate biological insights, and manage the materials, workflows, and data that support research decision-making across Therapeutics Discovery.
The successful candidate will partner closely with scientific stakeholders, technology teams, data teams, and external vendors to define product strategy, shape technology roadmaps, and deliver solutions that advance molecular screening, profiling, and compound logistics capabilities. These capabilities play a foundational role in enabling the Design-Make-Test-Analyze (DMTA) cycle that drives modern therapeutic discovery.
As scientific approaches continue to evolve through increasing automation, digitalization, data-driven decision making, and emerging technologies, this role will help modernize the technology landscape supporting these capabilities. The Technical Product Manager serves as a trusted partner at the intersection of science and technology, helping researchers take advantage of evolving technology capabilities while ensuring technology investments remain aligned to scientific priorities and business outcomes.
Success in this role requires the ability to understand complex scientific challenges, navigate a multidisciplinary technology organization, and build strong partnerships across domains. Candidates may bring either a scientific or technical background but must demonstrate the ability to communicate with credibility in both environments, translate scientific needs into technology strategies and product priorities, and drive solutions that deliver meaningful business value.
This position offers the opportunity to shape the future direction of foundational scientific capabilities within Therapeutics Discovery while helping researchers leverage advances in automation, data, digital technologies, and emerging approaches that accelerate discovery and improve decision-making.
