O’Neill’s Nieuwpoort store is seeking an experienced Store Manager to take full ownership of the shop and team. You will drive strong commercial performance and operational excellence, creating an inspiring customer experience and leading by example on the shop floor.
You will recruit, coach and develop staff, manage schedules, stock and merchandising, and collaborate with the Area Manager to achieve store goals in a dynamic, international environment.
