Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Director, Compound Development Team Leader (CDTL) to lead a cross-functional CDT and execute the compound strategy. You will partner with line functions to maximize value while managing costs and timelines across the development lifecycle.
Ideal candidates hold a PhD/MD or MD/PhD with extensive experience in clinical development, and must excel in matrix organizations, communication, and strategic leadership. Travel may be required.
