Waterleau seeks an Independent Co-Coordinator for its €50 million WIFV water infrastructure investment vehicle. This senior, board-facing role combines financial leadership, legal oversight, and investment governance in collaboration with SFPIM and Ethias.
You will lead financial structuring, due diligence, and memos, while co-managing daily operations alongside Waterleau’s Head of Business Development and reporting to the Board on IRR and performance.
