Sibelga is seeking an IT Functional & Test Analyst to strengthen its Energy Transition team. The role focuses on analyzing business needs, defining IT solutions, and coordinating end-to-end testing across business, QA, and development teams. Strong expertise in UML, modelling tools and Jira is required.
Fluency in one of the national languages with knowledge of the other is expected. The candidate will ensure quality across test phases, manage testing plans, and support incident resolution as a
