About Our Client
Our client is an international company, leader in its field and present in your daily life.
Job Description
- Daily contact with customers via e-mail
- Monitor delivery times and prices, take action where necessary
- Providing correct advice to customers
- Ensuring the correct entry of orders into the inventory system on a daily basis
- Order follow-up (RMA, complaints, pricing, back orders,...)
- Preparation of proforma invoices based on Excel data
The Successful Applicant
- You are a customer-oriented, problem-solving team player.
- You have worked in expedition previously and have knowledge of customs regulations
- In addition, you are fluent in French and English
- A good knowledge of MS Office
- A knowledge of incoterms is a big plus
