- Proven experience of managing teams of technical personnel
- Knowledge of current and future Mobile Infrastructure(Deployable, Dispersible, Highly mobile CIS) technologies
- Experience with design and systems integration (e.g. AC Po andassociated fuel storage, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS))
- Good understanding of current and future Wireless technologiesand trends (to include SATCOM)
- Experience with Architecture modelling language(s) (UML,SysML, ArchiMate, etc.), preferably in the context of c.)and Models Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Experience in applying quality assurance practices
- Sound experience in development, implementation, fielding,testing and maintenance of modern communications equipment
Education: A Master's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 5 years post-related experience. Or aBachelor's degree with 8 years post related experience.
Training/Certifications: ITIL Foundation; PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalent Project Management.
