Do you speak Polish, German, and English?
Do you enjoy helping people and gain energy from phone-based customer contact and administrative tasks? In this Customer Service Representative role, you will support customers who need assistance when their vehicle breaks down. You ensure clear communication and provide fast, effective solutions.
Wij bieden
A gross salary starting from €2,500 per month, supplemented with:
- Meal vouchers
- 12 additional leave (ADV) days
- After the temporary employment period: group insurance and hospitalization insurance
- A 3-month training program upon joining (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
- After training: shifts between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM with a 30-minute break
- A small team environment with direct support
- A varied role with plenty of customer interaction

- You speak and write Polish, German, and English fluently to assist your customers effectively.
- You are comfortable working with computer systems and can multitask.
- You have strong communication skills and can handle phone calls and emails professionally.
- You are solution-oriented and always strive to provide the best support to customers.
