About Our Client

Job Description
- Provide day‑to‑day functional support for Oracle ERP systems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Analyze user requirements and deliver tailored solutions, including system enhancements and custom reports.
- Develop and maintain reports using Oracle Report Builder and SQL.
- Support and optimize Oracle applications, ensuring performance, accuracy, and data integrity.
- Administer and maintain Oracle and SQL databases, including basic troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with business users (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations) to improve system utilization and efficiency.
- Act as a key point of contact for ERP‑related issues, enhancements, and user support.
- Support Microsoft Office tools and general IT‑related user requests when required.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP support, development, or related roles.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Applications, Oracle Database, and SQL.
- Proven experience in report development and system customization.
- Good understanding of business processes in manufacturing or FMCG is an advantage.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a user‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
