You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases.

The radiochemist plays a key role in supporting the development, optimization, and validation of manufacturing processes for radiopharmaceutical products to contribute to the Telix Manufacturing Solution (Seneffe Facility) objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience in radiochemistry, a solid understanding of GMP/GLP environments, and enthusiasm for contributing to innovative radiopharmaceutical development.

Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinate, plan and control the development, validation and tech transfer of radiopharmaceutical manufacturing processes in accordance with cGMP and safety requirements
  • Support research studies led by the R&D Telix group
  • Execute radiochemical activities on-site
  • Define, coordinate, write and revise development, qualification and validation protocols/reports and other documentation related to manufacturing processes
  • Define, coordinate, plan and control radiochemical processes optimization, scale up and continuous improvement
  • Support drug product investigations (including batch failures)
  • Manage and control the budget for projects under your responsibility
  • Collaborate with the Telix group radiochemistry team for product technical transfer and return of experience
  • Share radiopharmaceutical expertise across the Telix group

Education And Experience

  • Radiochemistry or nuclear medicine master's degree
  • Demonstrated requisite professional experience in a radiochemistry/radiopharmacy laboratory or environment with GxP application
  • Hands-on experience in radiolabeling development
  • Strong knowledge of radiometal chemistry including Alpha isotopes
  • Technical understanding of large molecule peptides, antibodies and a working knowledge of bioconjugation of antibodies
  • Ability to prioritize deliverables and manage time effectively
  • Willing to work on-site in Seneffe in a hybrid capacity, and open to come punctually to our site in Herstal if needed
  • Fluent in English both written & orally. French would be considered as an asset
  • Ability and willingness to work collaboratively with global team members across multiple time zones
