Brussel, Brussel-Hoofdstad, Belgique Dstny Temps plein 100 000 € - 140 000 € Contrat

We don't slow down. Neither does our tax work.

Dstny is expanding fast — new markets, new entities, and a multi-country group structure that demands rigorous, well-documented tax work. You'll sit at the centre of the group's tax function, working directly with the Tax Director and across our Finance team to keep multi-country tax obligations under control.

What you'll do

As Tax Manager, you support tax structuring & compliance and tax optimization across a broad range of countries and different matters, you will be reporting to the Tax Director.

You translate complex tax matters into practical, business-relevant guidance and help the organization make sound decisions across direct tax, transfer pricing, and international taxation.

From day one, you contribute to tax structuring and transfer pricing assistance, group tax processes and broader international tax support.

By combining technical expertise, hands‑on operational execution, and strong cross‑functional collaboration, you help reinforce robust tax processes and consistent execution across the Group.

Your work has a direct impact on the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of tax support provided to group entities worldwide.

Core responsibilities

  • Advise group entities on direct tax, transfer pricing, and international tax matters, providing pragmatic, well‑supported answers to business questions.
  • Assess the tax impact of business decisions, recommend appropriate actions, and support implementation and follow‑up to manage risk and reduce liabilities.
  • Contribute to Belgian head‑office tax matters, global tax processes, and transfer pricing support, including audits, compliance, documentation, optimization, and policy work.
  • Support international structuring projects, acquisition‑related tax matters, and selected corporate reorganisations, including company conversions or mergers where relevant.
  • Support quarterly and annual tax accounting, including tax provisions and deferred taxes, and contribute to audit strategies, advisor coordination, and administrative or judicial tax defense matters when needed.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and local teams in an international setting, taking ownership while balancing hands‑on execution with continuous improvement.
  • Develop and enhance the internal tax compliance calendar and documentation standards.

What we’re looking for

  • You hold a Master’s degree, ideally complemented by a postgraduate qualification in taxation.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate tax — ideally within a multinational environment, a Big 4 firm, or a combination of both.
  • Strong grounding in Belgian corporate tax and Belgian tax accounting; broader European exposure is a real advantage
  • Solid understanding of transfer pricing principles
  • Experience with multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction compliance — comfortable with complexity
  • Analytical and precise, with an ability to write clearly and concisely for internal and external audiences
  • Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch is a strong plus

What makes this role interesting

This isn't a compliance-only seat. Dstny is a fast-moving group — acquisitions happen, structures evolve, new markets open. You'll be working on live questions: contract assignments, new entity setups, M&A tax due diligence support, and positions that need a clear memo, not just a number.

You'll have a direct line to the Tax Director, real ownership over your workstreams, and the chance to help build a tax function that matches the ambition of the group
