We are looking for a Software Integration, Verification and Validation Engineer (SW IVE) to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and delivery of high-performance systems used in complex and mission‑critical environments, working alongside multidisciplinary teams to ensure the seamless integration, testing, and validation of innovative software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate software components into complete systems.
- Define and implement test strategies, plans, and test cases based on system requirements.
- Prepare and manage test environments to support functional, performance, and reliability testing.
- Execute manual and automated tests to validate system behavior and compliance.
- Identify and resolve software integration issues in close coordination with developers.
- Document test results, report defects, and contribute to overall quality assurance processes.
- Provide technical expertise and actively contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Stay current with the latest testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Support configuration and preparation of systems for Proof of Concept (PoC) and system demos.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in software integration, verification, or validation activities.
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing best practices.
- Experience with automated testing tools and scripting (e.g., Python).
- Familiar with DevSecOps environments and tools (version control, CI/CD pipelines).
- Knowledge of defense or high‑integrity systems is a plus.
- Previous experience with Agile development practices.
- Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a bonus.
- Fluent in English (B2 or higher); knowledge of French is a plus.
