We are looking for a Software Integration, Verification and Validation Engineer (SW IVE) to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and delivery of high-performance systems used in complex and mission‑critical environments, working alongside multidisciplinary teams to ensure the seamless integration, testing, and validation of innovative software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate software components into complete systems.
  • Define and implement test strategies, plans, and test cases based on system requirements.
  • Prepare and manage test environments to support functional, performance, and reliability testing.
  • Execute manual and automated tests to validate system behavior and compliance.
  • Identify and resolve software integration issues in close coordination with developers.
  • Document test results, report defects, and contribute to overall quality assurance processes.
  • Provide technical expertise and actively contribute to continuous process improvements.
  • Stay current with the latest testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Support configuration and preparation of systems for Proof of Concept (PoC) and system demos.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in software integration, verification, or validation activities.
  • Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing best practices.
  • Experience with automated testing tools and scripting (e.g., Python).
  • Familiar with DevSecOps environments and tools (version control, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Knowledge of defense or high‑integrity systems is a plus.
  • Previous experience with Agile development practices.
  • Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a bonus.
  • Fluent in English (B2 or higher); knowledge of French is a plus.
