Vessel Project Engineer

DEME Group in Belgium is seeking a Project Engineer / Planner who blends strong analytical skills with excellent communication to connect vessel operations with office planning. This role requires coordinating and preparing activities from the office while understanding the realities of on-board work.

The position is primarily office-based, with regular visits to vessels, shipyards and customer sites to gain insights and continuously optimize planning processes and operational performance.
