Will you be the new member of our dynamic team as an Actuarial & Pension Support Officer? In this challenging role, you’ll serve as the point of contact for clients and be responsible for managing pension information. You’ll support actuaries, prepare reports, and actively contribute ideas for process improvements. With your analytical skills and customer-focused attitude, you’ll help foster a people-oriented work environment. - You will serve as the point of contact for the client and be responsible for analyzing pension information and the overall management of your cases;
- You will prepare payments for pension cases using an internally developed software tool;
- You will assist the actuaries with the actuarial and administrative management of pension funds and prepare reports;
- You will actively contribute ideas for improving processes and procedures and closely monitor changes in legislation.
The ideal candidate:
- Has completed a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree and has preferably gained two years of experience, preferably in the financial sector
- Is fluent in both Dutch and French.
- Possesses strong analytical skills and is able to critically evaluate his or her own work.
- Is passionate about customer interaction, both via email and by phone.
- Is highly responsible and works meticulously.
- Can take on tasks independently and possesses strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to set priorities.
