Ariad is seeking an experienced AI Coach to drive AI adoption within its R&D Software Engineering teams in Belgium. The role is a six-month assignment as a freelance contractor, with potential extension and either full-time or part-time engagement.
You will coach developers on GitHub Copilot and AI-enabled workflows, help define governance for Responsible AI, and deliver training to engineers, tech leads, and managers, while balancing AI capabilities with human oversight.
