Location
Brussels, Belgium (full-time on-site; limited remote work possible, approx. 1 day/week)
Duties & Role
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID identities, groups, roles, RBAC, and conditional access
- Operate Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and application deployment
- Provide incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Maintain operational documentation and standard procedures
- Enforce least-privilege access and zero-trust principles
- Support MFA, device-based access, and security baselines
- Assist with backup, recovery, and resiliency for cloud workloads
- Participate in change, risk, and impact assessments
Skill, Knowledge & Experience
- Strong hands-on administration of Microsoft 365
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Intune
- Knowledge of Azure core services
- Understanding of cloud security best practices, including identity, endpoint, logging, and auditing
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
- Delivery- and performance-driven approach
- 3-5+ years of experience in cloud administration or cloud engineering roles
- Proven experience supporting business-critical systems with defined SLAs
- Demonstrated incident handling experience
