We are currently looking for a Medical Device Engineer to join a leading pharmaceutical company based on a hybrid basis in the Walloon Region, Belgium. As the Medical Device Engineer, you have the chance to work on cutting-edge drug delivery systems, ensuring compliance with medical device regulations and contributing to the lifecycle management of these critical products.
This is a 12 month mission with potential extension and the rate is between 700-780€ per day.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- As the Medical Device Engineer, you will contribute to technical activities and ensure the appropriate development, industrialisation, lifecycle management, and maintenance of drug delivery systems.
- As the Medical Device Engineer, you will collaborate with program team members, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure project management of technical activities.
- As the Medical Device Engineer, you will ensure compliance with the medical device Quality Management System and protect intellectual property arising from programs.
- As the Medical Device Engineer, you will provide support in preparation and justification of design
- verification, design validation, process validation, commercial launch planning, and regulatory submissions.
Role Requirements
- To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Medical Device Engineer we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
- Relevant degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven industry experience in the medical devices or pharmaceutical sector.
- A working knowledge and practical experience with ISO13485, 21CFR820, and other relevant standards.
