Brussel, Brussel-Hoofdstad, Belgique Go Vocal Temps plein 6 700 € - 10 000 € Contrat

Go Vocal is an international govtech scale-up that helps governments and cities run meaningful public participation — from urban planning decisions to day-to-day community engagement. Our platform is used by hundreds of local governments across Europe and beyond. We're looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our People & Operations team in Brussels.

About The Role

This is a hands-on internship for students in their last or penultimate year of Business Administration & Management, or a related field. You'll work alongside a small, experienced team handling Finance, HR, and Admin — touching real short- and long-term projects from day one, not just supporting from the sidelines.

The internship runs for a minimum of 3 months, ideally 6. We're flexible on exact dates, but our preferred start is May. You'll be based in our Brussels office, with remote work available a few days per week.

If you thrive in a fast-moving environment where new tools, methodologies, and challenges are part of the daily rhythm — this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Billing — generate, dispatch, and follow up on invoices
  • Finance & accounting — support monthly reporting and help automate recurring processes
  • HR — support the rollout of new tools and workflows for payroll
  • Process improvement — help identify and implement productivity gains across the team
  • Cross-functional collaboration — work with colleagues across departments in a global company

What We Offer

  • Real responsibility — contribute your own ideas and take ownership of projects, not just tasks
  • Broad exposure — gain experience across Finance, HR Admin, and Operations in one role
  • Tech-forward environment — see how a cutting-edge international tech company operates day to day
  • Great people — collaborate with a diverse, motivated team that genuinely invests in your growth
  • Networking — build professional connections across sectors and geographies

Who You Are

  • Currently in your final or penultimate year of a Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration or Business Management, or a related field
  • A valid school internship agreement (convention de stage) is required
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); French or Dutch is a plus
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Curious, hands-on, and proactive — you take initiative without waiting to be told
