Due to the strong growth of our activities, FMA Services is looking for 7 experienced E&I Planning Engineers to strengthen our team. You will have the opportunity to contribute to challenging projects within the pharmaceutical, chemical, and petrochemical sectors.
Do you have experience in one of these sectors? We would like to hear from you. Candidates with experience limited to pharma or chemicals only are also welcome to apply.
Your Responsibilities
As an E&I Planning Engineer, you form the link between engineering, execution, and the client. You ensure that all work can be carried out safely, efficiently, and according to plan.
- Preparing and structuring work packages
- Technical review of P&IDs, diagrams, and drawings
- Preparing E&I activities for maintenance, projects, and shutdowns
- Compiling material lists and requesting materials
- Coordinating with engineering, supervisors, execution teams, and the client
- Monitoring planning, progress, and budget
- Preparing work permits and risk assessments
- Safeguarding quality, safety, and planning
- Supporting execution, commissioning, and handover
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for colleagues with:
- Experience as an E&I Planning Engineer within the industry
- Experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or petrochemical projects
- Knowledge of electrical installations and instrumentation
- Experience with maintenance and/or construction projects
- Knowledge of P&IDs, electrical diagrams, loop drawings, and isometrics
- Experience with planning software or SAP is an asset
- An independent and structured way of working
Additional assets
- Knowledge of ATEX guidelines
- Experience within GMP environments
- Experience with commissioning, loop checks, or pre-commissioning
- VCA VOL certificate
