Are you a Java Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of experience in full stack development? for a long-term contract opportunity with a leading client in Brussels, Belgium.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in full stack development
- Strong proficiency in Java
- Experience with Spring Boot and Hibernate
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks/libraries such as Angular, React, Vue and Bootstrap
- Strong experience developing REST APIs and web services
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and Oracle
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
- Knowledge of database schema design and query optimisation
- Experience with Git workflows such as GitFlow and trunk-based development
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure
- Experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments
- Experience designing, building and securing RESTful APIs and web services
- Knowledge of authentication and authorisation standards such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and JWT
- (Desirable) Experience with Node.js and/or PHP
- (Desirable) Knowledge of modern build tools including Webpack and Vite
- (Desirable) Understanding of legacy systems using SVN
- (Desirable) Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation and Azure Bicep
- (Desirable) Knowledge of OpenAPI / Swagger
- (Desirable) Knowledge of Docker
- (Desirable) Experience with Kubernetes for application development and deployment
- EU citizenship required
- Language(s): English (fluent)
