Stryker Belgium & Luxembourg is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of ~8 sales professionals and deliver regional sales performance in the Trauma division. You will execute commercial strategy, develop talent, and build strong customer partnerships to grow market share.
Proven leadership in MedTech/healthcare sales is required, with English plus Dutch or French advantageous. Significant travel, CRM proficiency and a driver’s license are expected.
