Optimile in Belgium is seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join our squad and help power Europe\'s EV charging platforms. You will own shipping production-ready Python code, participate in design discussions and mentor teammates in a collaborative, fast-growing environment.
You will work in a hybrid setup in Ghent and collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering to deliver scalable backend systems, with emphasis on reliability, testing and maintainability.
