Senior Project Lead (ICT – Security & Infrastructure)
Location: Ring Station II
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Lead to drive ICT projects in the railway signalling and infrastructure domain. This long-term engagement offers the chance to lead complex, safety-critical projects in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ICT projects and packages in Agile/Scrum/SAFe frameworks with hybrid governance (Scrum + PMBOK/PRINCE2).
- Ensure scope, budget, and planning are respected while coordinating teams and reporting to stakeholders.
- Manage suppliers and oversee integration of external solutions (cybersecurity, infrastructure, architecture).
- Handle technical documentation, CMDB, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001, ISO27001, EN50.128 standards.
Required Experience & Skills
- Languages: Dutch or French (C1), English (B2), plus passive knowledge of Dutch/French.
- Project Management: ≥5 years (Senior level).
- Identity & Access Management (IAM): Some experience.
- Integration of third-party solutions: ≥2 years.
- Infrastructure/Networking (Linux/Windows): Basic knowledge to consult and challenge technical experts.
