Job Description

After a dedicated training period, you will become a member of the Benelux field service team, actually consisting of six technicians and one coordinator. You will be responsible for the installation, start-up, and service of our injection molding systems at customers’ plants. Operating from your home office ideally in Belgium or the Netherlands, you will be mainly travelling to our customers in the Benelux area. For the coordination and general administration, you will be guided from our European headquarters in Dudelange, Luxembourg. This position offers great challenges, and is a unique opportunity to join a very dynamic organization, that is a leader in the industry.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for startups, troubleshooting, and upgrading Husky injection molding machines, molds and auxiliary products.
  
• The position will require regular travel within the Benelux, and occasional travel in Nordic, UK and surrounding areas.
  
• You should be a motivated self-starter, who understands the importance of customer satisfaction, and can be an ambassador for our strong core values.
  

Qualifications

• Experience in control systems, hydraulics, electrical or mechanical field service will be an asset.
  
• Trouble shooting attitude, with high focus on customer satisfaction, and correct working practices.
  
• Basic knowledge of PLC controls and industrial automated systems
  
• Some experience in field service and injection molding would be considered an asset.
  
• Good English and French language skills, with a good understanding of spoken Dutch
