Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Medical Safety Officer (MSO) to lead post-approval safety activities and cross-functional safety governance. The role focuses on assessing medical safety data, leading SMTs, and shaping risk management plans for assigned products across therapeutic areas.
You will interact with GMS leadership, CMO, QPPV, and health authorities, guiding development teams and ensuring compliant safety assessments and proactive risk mitigation strategies globally.
