Controlling & Accounting Intern – join the PIONEERS Louis Vuitton Internship Program

In this position you will be part of the Controlling and Accounting Team of the Benelux, Nordics & Poland region and will have the opportunity to discover the Louis Vuitton luxury retail world in the Brussels-based head office. This internship is part of the "PIONEERS" Louis Vuitton Internship program, reflecting our commitment to fostering Next Gen talent. You will play a key role in supporting our accounting operations across 8 countries, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, high-performance retail environment. This opportunity offers a deep insight into our store network and the financial processes that support a luxury business.

Job responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational accounting support to the stores and regional accounting team.
  • Handle invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and sales reconciliations.
  • Assist with Capex monitoring and related reporting.
  • Contribute to declarations and compliance tasks (e.g., VAT, Intrastat, statistics).
  • Support in monthly closings and financial reporting.
  • Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders (e.g., suppliers, stores, business partners).
  • Preparation and analysis of P/L and running cost
  • Follow up of actuals vs budget

Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, business controlling Finance, or related field.
  • Internship agreement provided by your university is mandatory.
  • Strong command of English. Knowledge of another local language (i.e., Dutch, French, Polish, Nordics) is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive, flexible, and eager to take initiative.

  • Start Date: Internship starting in December 2026/January 2027 for 6 to 12 months.
  • Location: Louis Vuitton Benelux, Nordics & Poland Head Office (Brussels, Belgium)
  • Mandatory: Internship agreement provided by universities.
