Our client, a leading player in the telecommunications sector, is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee mobile network rollout projects throughout Belgium. The role involves managing the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure initiatives, including site builds, capacity expansions, and indoor coverage solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of mobile rollout and infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate site builds, network upgrades, swaps, and operational handovers.
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams, operators, tower companies, and external partners.
- Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and risks.
- Review and challenge project proposals, change requests, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Ensure compliance with telecom regulations, permit requirements, and safety standards.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement within the rollout cycle.
Requirements
- You possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- You bring 4+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry with a focus on mobile network rollout.
- You have experience with 4G/5G infrastructure and indoor mobile coverage solutions.
- You possess knowledge of RISS agreements, site-sharing environments, and site acquisition processes.
- You're experienced in managing vendors, contractors, and project budgets.
- You have strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with Ericsson or similar network vendors.
- Understanding of civil engineering and structural aspects of telecom sites.
- Experience supporting temporary mobile installations for large-scale events or festivals.
