Nachtnacht Productie Teamleider – Coördinatie

Konvert is seeking a motivated Team Leader for production on the night shift at a bakery. You will coordinate assigned tasks within your team and ensure products are ready on time, while also preparing and following the production schedule.

You will lead, coach and train team members, communicate clearly with colleagues and other departments, and resolve issues quickly to guarantee on-time and accurate deliveries.
