HR Excellence & Innovation

HR Operations: Reward – Payroll – Fleet
- Be part of the HR Operations team, providing services to employees in payroll, reward, and fleet, and help ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Support the team in updating our intranet on reward, payroll, and fleet topics.
- Contribute content to the process description initiative, fully documenting payroll, fleet, and reward‑related processes.
- Assist with payroll‑related administration and the preparation of the monthly payroll.
- Provide support to the payroll team in handling employee requests.
- Support our flexible income plan and help deliver mobility offerings.
- Assist the fleet team in handling employee requests and fleet‑related administration.
HR Business Partner
- Take on an advisory role and contribute to the execution of both the Global and Belgian Human Capital strategy.
- Act as a point of contact for employees and leadership on HR‑related matters, connecting the business with various Human Capital stakeholders.
- Help translate the results of the annual People Survey into analysis and support the creation of a strategic Business Unit plan together with the HR Business Consultants.
- Assist in talent management processes, including preparation for performance and reward cycles, and support exit conversations and related follow‑up.
- Contribute to HR projects related to talent management, reporting, and people experience.
- Support the review of HR processes, identifying opportunities for automation, improvement, and better alignment across departments and stakeholders.
About you
- You're a final‑year Bachelor's or Master's student in Law, Human Resources, Office Management, Business Administration, or another relevant field, and you're eager to learn more about the HR world.
- You're available for an internship during the academic year 2026-2027.
- You're looking for a school internship for at least 3 months
- You hold a valid internship agreement.
- You're fluent in Dutch and/or French, with a good command of English.
- You're enthusiastic, motivated, and a real team player with a passion for people.
- You have good organizational skills and a hands‑on mentality.
- You have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- You're familiar with MS Office applications and have a good digital understanding and ability to use technology.
- You're eager to learn, proactive, and curious, with a genuine interest in HR and business challenges.
