A leading Luxury company is looking for a Regional HRBP based in Brussels, Belgium.
Reporting to the Regional HRD, he/she will be responsible for managing all HR matters across the Benelux markets, and ensuring the effective implementation of the HR strategy at regional and local level.
Key responsibilities:
- Implement the HR strategy locally, in line with Global HQ guidelines
- Oversee HR activities across the region, including Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, HR Administration, CSR, and Health & Safety
- Provide HR support and guidance to management across the Benelux markets
- Manage and develop a Junior HR professional
Desired profile:
- University degree or higher education in Human Resources or a related field
- Previous experience as an HR Manager or HRBP in Belgium is essential
- Previous experience in employee relations and/or working with trade unions
- International experience would be a strong advantage
- Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; French would be a plus
- Previous experience in the Luxury or Retail industry would be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Contract: Permanent, full-time
