Mission Overview
As an Administrative Employee at the Procurement Service Center team, you will be a reliable and connecting hub within our client’s organization, representing Keystone Solutions. Your meticulous approach will ensure that orders, deliveries, and invoices are processed correctly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase requests and convert them into concrete orders.
- Maintain a close line of communication with suppliers for project planning.
- Act as a point of contact for colleagues with inquiries about the ordering process.
- Listen, collaborate, and provide clear answers or practical solutions to colleagues.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, enhance efficiency, or improve customer-friendliness in processes.
- Initiate improvements and bring structure to workflows.
- Document procedures clearly and assist colleagues in understanding and applying changes.
- Contribute to sustainable and quality service delivery within the client’s organization.
Requirements
- Experience with SAP.
- Strong attention to detail and collaborative spirit.
- Ability to think critically and provide practical solutions.
- Proactive in identifying process improvements.
This position is a consultancy mission at a client site representing Keystone Solutions.
