Bekaert is seeking an experienced HR Legal Advisor & Total Rewards Manager Belgium to provide expert employment and labour law guidance and to oversee compensation and benefits programs for nine locations.
You will partner with HR Business Partners and the HR Service Center, lead projects, and ensure compliance with Belgian regulations while driving value for the organization and its people.
