For our headquarters at Antwerp Airport, we are currently looking for a Driver - Aircraft Fuel Handler.

Job Description

• Using a fuel truck, you will be responsible for refuelling all departing aircraft, from small aircraft to large business jets.
• You are responsible for the quality of the fuel delivered, with product testing forming part of your daily activities.
• Safety is paramount in aviation. Accurate administration and correct handling of all fuel deliveries are therefore essential.
• The position involves shift work, including weekends, as aviation never stops.

Profile

• Flexibility is an important quality for this role.
• You are able to work independently and organise your shift efficiently.
• You are comfortable dealing with customers in a foreign language; a basic knowledge of English is therefore required.
• You have a strong safety mindset, as you will be operating a truck in close proximity to aircraft.
• You are able to work accurately under time pressure.
• Due to the weight of the hoses and couplings, good physical fitness is essential.
• If you already hold a Category C driving licence, a Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) and an ADR tanker qualification, you will have a strong advantage.
