About Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing international company operating in a highly innovative and industrial environment. As the organisation continues to expand across multiple European countries, it is strengthening its Finance team with the creation of a new Project Finance position.
Job Description
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will play a key role in supporting the Group's international growth and finance transformation projects. It is a creation of function to allow the Head of Finance to evolve towards another more high level role.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and contributing to the Group's consolidation activities across multiple international entities;
- Reviewing, validating, and ensuring the reliability of financial data submitted by local entities;
- Supporting the preparation and coordination of external audits and acting as a key contact for auditors;
- Working closely with external partners and advisors on consolidation and financial reporting matters;
- Participating in the creation and integration of new entities as the Group expands internationally;
- Managing cross-functional finance projects and supporting process improvement initiatives;
- Contributing to the development and optimisation of consolidation and reporting tools;
- Supporting various strategic and ad hoc projects within a rapidly evolving finance environment;
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
- As from 4 years of experience in accounting, audit, consolidation, or financial reporting;
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements;
- Previous exposure to consolidation processes is a strong asset;
- Comfortable working across multiple topics and managing projects in a fast-changing environment;
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on and solution-oriented approach;
- Strong analytical and communication skills;
- Fluent in French and English;
